A: Yes, all FLATS® are pet friendly! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions may apply. Contact our leasing office for more details.
Q: Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
A: Yes, we require renter's insurance, for your protection since it protects your personal belongings in case of theft, fire, or other unexpected events. It also provides liability coverage if someone is injured while in your apartment.
Q: What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?
A: At The Alfred we have 24/7 remote lockout assistance. Residents can contact our emergency maintenance line for support.
Q: Which utilities are included in my rent?
A: No utilities are included. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for their own electricity, water, gas, internet, and any other necessary services separately from their rent.
Q: An item in a resident's unit needs repair. How do they get help?
A: All Flats properties have access to a convenient online portal for maintenance requests, powered through livly.io. Just submit a form and our maintenance staff will create an appointment for you!

A: Yes, at The Alfred we have designated on-site parking for our residents. Residents can purchase a paid parking pass for their vehicles.
