Top Sports Bars in The Loop
Stocks & Blondes
This laid-back sports bar has a homey vibe complete with wood paneling, bar stools, and multiple mounted TVs—it will have you feeling like you're watching the game in your buddy's basement. However, don't let its plain decor fool you; this place is a real gem. They don't just broadcast gameday action, but they offer a menu filled with pub food like chin dripping burgers and sauced up wings. And you are definitely going to want to try one of their craft beers on tap to wash it all down. They also have daily brewery draft specials that will make your team winning (or losing) just a wee bit better.
Burger Bar Chicago
While it is no secret what is on the menu at this sports bar, their food alone makes them worth a visit. Burrger Bar Chicago is a burger lover's paradise with their build-your-own-burger menu that uses USDA prime beef. And beer enthusiasts will be equally as excited thanks to their craft beer menu. Looking to cool down or for some dessert to top off your meal? Don't pass up one of their signature milkshakes! They have gourmet flavors like Chocolate 3-Way, Banana Nutella, Strawberry Shortcake, and, our personal favorite, Birthday Cake.
O'Neil's on Wells
A family-run tavern that has everything you need—and moreؙ—to enjoy the game. This neighborhood staple is a favorite among locals thanks to the friendly staff, pizza, and cozy interior. Drop in to enjoy one of their specials, participate in one of their tournaments, or grab a drink on their heated outdoor patio. After one visit, it will be clear how O'Neils has been a favorite among Chicagoans for over 40 years.
All Star Seafood and Sports
If you think seafood and sports don't mix, then you have never been to this downtown sports bar! It is the perfect place to grab a bite while cheering your team for those that are sick of your typical gameday eats—that is, if it is even possible to get sick of burgers and wings. Flip open the menu and you will find delicious options like seafood tacos and shrimp alfredo. And while you are chowing down on the bounty of the sea, you can rest assured that you will never miss a moment of the action thanks to the multiple walls tiled with TVs. Not big on seafood? Try one of their non-seafood menu items like their crispy chicken tenders, juicy wagyu beef burgers, or expertly crafted quesadillas.
The Row Tavern
Welcome to "The Newest Gem of Jeweler's Row"! Formerly The Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery, this bar no longer has kilted waitresses, but it does still have a great vibe and fab food. Not to mention there is also a TV mounted around every corner and a selection of divine food. While their regular menu has all of your typical fried and flavorful favorites, those striving to eat healthier may enjoy a meal from what they call Mama's Kitchen. There you can select from a handful of fresh and healthy meals prepared daily. Mama's Kitchen's menu is continually changing, so be sure to check back regularly. The diverse menu makes The Row Tavern a great get-together spot for groups with varying food tastes.
